Shipping & Pickup Policy

Order Processing

All orders from Nadine Bakes are freshly baked and prepared in small batches. Orders are processed in the order they are received to ensure quality and freshness.


Shipping

Orders selected for shipping are fulfilled within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Nadine Bakes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Local Pickup

Local pickup orders are fulfilled on Saturdays only. Pickup times are usually from 1 PM.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive instructions with the pickup location and time window. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the scheduled pickup timeframe.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Nadine Bakes is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.


All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our baked goods and food products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
